It is raspberry and strawberry season here.I like to play around fruits ,never knew some combo of fruits can turn amazing.You increase or decrease the ratio of milk and water for your desired consistency.Sugar/Honey adding is optional.
First blitz the fruits then add the liquid for the fruits to be mashed completely.Perfect thirst quencher for the summer.
- Raspberry- 1/2 cup
- Grapes-1/4 cup
- Banana-1/4 cup
- Milk-1 1/2 cup
- Sugar/Honey- 2 tsp (optional)
- Water-1/2 cup
- Blend together raspberry,grapes,banana,sugar,till it mashes completely.
- Add milk and water and pulse it for 2 sec that it gets mixed well.
- Serve it immediately.
